The purpose of this report is to encompass and analyze the advantages of the creation, the implementation and transformation of software product in the production and processing of products. Several main conclusions have been made in the scientific report, with the general conclusion being that based on the computer program developed and implemented in practice, an easier method of work is ensured, while considering the specific pre-production and production processes, as well as processing operations in productions and the creation of complete products with added value. The existence of the specific information system to a large degree facilitates and simplifies the organizational, administrative, production, processing, and commercial processes in the specific companies. The information system application on multiple occasions has facilitated the organizational, administrative, production and commercial processes, and creates real prerequisites for exercising an easier and more organized access to a richer data set and information required for the management process. Through the transformation of the information system, the companies become more independent and self-operating.
