The key indicators that have an impact on the success of any organization are employees. When employees have a good relationship with the employer and work together, the tendency is to complete their jobs and tasks faster. Referring to this, this research aims to analyze the components of the employee relationship management (ERM) model and their impact on employee performance.
To achieve the objective of the study and to answer the research question, the quantitative method was used, where the population of this research is the employees of public service enterprises in Kosovo, where the sample was determined based on the Slovin formula. Based on the research results we conclude that the management of employee relations is not at a satisfactory level and that the components of the ERM model affect employee performance, where the most influential components in performance turned out to be communication and leadership styles. This research is of great importance because it not only identifies the management of employee relations in public utilities companies in Kosovo, but also analyzes the most influential component in employee performance by enabling recommendations in order to increase employee performance by strengthening the components. most influential in performance. |
