EFFECT OF THE SUCKING AIR UNDERPRESSURE ON THE PRODUCTION PARAMETERS OF THE SINTERING PROCESS
Abstract
The presentation work contains the analyse knowledge, which were obtained from analysis the results, which were attained on the laboratory sintering pan. On this laboratory sintering pan are sufficiently simulating conditions, which are present in the sinter band. On the basis of the theoretical analyse, analysis measuring data, computing of the balance, production, qualitative and quantitative parameters of the sintering process we can conclude, that in the case of changing underpressure sucking air are influenced main production parameters in the process of agglomerate production (for example recovery, productivity, coefficient of productivity, etc.). With controlled underpressure sucking air it can be expressive affected not only quantity, but also quality of the produced agglomerate.
