In this paper we describe the analysis of costs associated with disposal of hazardous and common waste, in the construction company. Furthermore, we show how to implement Six Sigma methodology to reduce costs of waste disposal. On the specific example from practice there is shown the effectiveness of this approach in the management of waste in the practical conditions of a construction company.
