INTENSIFICATION OF WATER EXTRACTION PROCESS OF CHAGA BY MEANS OF RECURRENT PRESSURE REDUCTION OF THE MEDIA

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Razumov, Evgeny)

The paper gives comparative analysis of the method of vacuum extraction of Chaga carried out by the authors. The process supposed that the ground Chaga was pre-vacuumed for 10 minutes in order to release the holes from air and moisture vapor and conduce efficient time pregnation of the extractant; further, the author saddled still dewatering the ratio 1:10 and kept at the temperature of 70°C.In the process of extraction, the pressure was hourly lowered to 0.3 atm, which promoted the boiling of the extractant in a ...

RESEARCHES ON THE ACTUAL AND PERSPECTIVE STATUS OF THE AREAS AFFECTED BY EXPLOITATION IN THE BASIS OF OLTENIA IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUSTAINABLE INSURANCE

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, NAN, M. S., Dunca, E.C., VLADU, B., PLOTOGEA, C.)

In order to carry out the lignite extraction activity, the quarries in Oltenia basin occupy land areas, which before the exploitation had another destination. From the researches carried out it was found that the most occupied areas are the woodlands. The most affected will be M?t?sari locality with the neighboring villages (Br?det, Runcurel, M?t?sari, Croici), of which 341 households (274 households from Runcurelu village, 60 households from the village of Croici, 5 houses from M?t?sari and 2 households from Br?d...

THIN-LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY ANALYSIS OF EXTRACT OXYTROPIS GLABRA LAM. DC.

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Amirkhanova, Akerke)

Background: In recent years, researchers are increasingly interested in plant raw materials containing phenolic compounds, including flavonoids, due to their harmlessness and a wide range of biological activity. In plants and biological fluids flavonoids are found mainly in the form of a variety of glycosides. One of the most promising plant sources of phenolic compounds is Oxytropis glabra Lam.DC. In this regard, the issue of rapid and qualitative assessment of biologically active substances in medicinal plant ra...

STRATEGIC RISK MANAGEMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE DEPENDING ON EXTERNAL CONDITIONS

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Chlopecky, Jakub)

The strategic management of the mining companies involved in the extraction and processing of energy raw materials still lacked a strategic tool to help determine the patterns of extraction of energy resources in the development of the external environment or external conditions. In this article, the authors sought to find a possible econometric model of black coal. Research is based on data available from the macroeconomics and mining of the selected mineral, which are analyzed using the multidimensional regressi...

EFFECT OF GROWTH CONDITIONS ON QUALITATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CHAGA MUSHROOM

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Safin, Ruslan)

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the output of essential components from the Chaga fungus, depending on the growth conditions. The study compares the samples of Chaga mushroom grown in two different regions of Eurasia - Eastern Siberia and Western Belorussia. Classical method of extracting was used to get water extraction of Chaga; the method suggests that distilled water is poured into a flask with grind Chaga in a ratio of 1:6 and further put in a chamber for 5 hours at a constant temperature of 70°C...
