MINERAL PROCESSING WASTE UTILIZATION

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Yankova, Teodora)

Development of specific engineering solutions for environmentally friendly mineral processing waste management and their practical implementation is an important step on the way to resource efficiency, sustainable development and Earth preservation. Specific engineering solutions application for technological waste management reduce the natural resources use and have a direct positive environmental effect. The technological mineral processing waste have to be study in two aspects - as sustainable development probl...

This study is investigating the influences and effects of the chaotic exploitation of mineral aggregates and its direct impact on the evolutionary forms of the Siret River. The study is important due to the decommissioning of agricultural land caused by river erosion in the area of Gala?i County. After the comparative analysis of the new topographic plan with the old soil map, we identified how the area, exploited by private companies in order to extract mineral aggregates, i.e. sand and gravel mostly used in the ...

The article summarizes the total number of technogenic mineral formations in Kazakhstan, which occupies the 9th place in the world over the territory, which has huge mineral reserves. The presented material gives the properties of the waste, its particle size distribution, storage conditions, as well as the approximate volume of secondary raw materials. The integrated use of mineral resources is a very difficult task, including technical, economic and environmental issues, the solution of which requires the joint ...

BIOTRANSFORMATION OF SQUID WASTE PROCESSING OF BERRYTERTHIS MAGISTER BY ENZYME OF MICROBIOLOGICAL ORIGIN

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Ignatova, Tatiana, Rodina, Tatiana, Strokova, Natalia, Igonina, Irina)

In 2018 the squid catch in the Russian Federation amounted to about 102 thousand tons. Different kinds of products are made from squid (dried, air-dried and smoked squid, preserves, canned food, culinary products), but frozen squid makes a great part of them. In the production of squid carcasses, about 52.3% of waste is generated, of which 23.2% accounts for the liver and 76.8% for the entrails, tentacles and head. Therefore, about 54 thousand tons of waste is generated annually, where 41 thousand tons accounts fo...
