This study aimed to investigate: i) the chemical composition and ii) the antimicrobial properties of the essential oil isolated from Lavandula angustifolia пїЅSevtopolisпїЅ cultivated in western Romania. The essential oil, obtained by steam distillation, was evaluated by GC/MS.
