In this study we performed a comparative analysis of the flavonoid compounds found in the composition of some species belonging to the Cucurbitaceae family, namely: cucumber (Cucumis sativus), bitter melor (Momordica charantia), zucchini or courgette (Cucurbita pepo) and horned melon (Cucumis metuliferus).
