In this paper was studied areas affected by drought using Vegetation Condition Index (VCI). The analyze of drought was applied for Iasi county in areas where was notice vertical displacement. In this research, using Differential Radar Interferometry (DInSAR) technique, was detected and mapped ground displacement. DInSAR is a powerful tool to detect and monitor ground deformation.
