The main objective of the article was to assess the impact of the selected interpolation algorithm on the accuracy of parameter value estimation. Rare earth elements form the group of 15 elements from the lanthanide group (La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu) and two elements from the scandium group (Sc and Y).
