The problems of meteorological (wind) loads modeling on high-rise structures are considered. Arising oscillations lead to technical risks and uncomfortable being in residential and office rooms of these buildings. Technogenic impacts from transport and construction work can also lead to the development of negative oscillatory processes in buildings.
