At present paper the results of chemical and radiochemical analysis of the environmental samples collected from the Shu river valley, are shown. The samples were collected along the Shu river from Tokmak town to Shu town during the field expedition, conducted in October, 2008, and in July, 2009. The main ions and uranium decay radionuclides in water increase up to maximum concentration in Tasotkel reservoir. The biogenic elements analysis showed their typical concentration for arid zone.
