In paper the gas analyzers of new generation constructed on the basis of semiconductor sensors are considered. Application of the semiconductor gas-sensitive elements allows to solve the main objective of the modern gas analysis пїЅ detection of vapors and gases of the wide list with high stability, the necessary selectivity and sensitivity.
