This paper reports on a study of the sorption of toluene vapours on three medium-volatile bituminous coals from the Vaclavovice, Paskov and Trojanovice mines in the Upper Silesian Basin in the Czech Republic. The coal samples were characterized using various petrographic, chemical and porous texture analysis methods.
