The article deals with the issues of virtual reconstruction of memorable places associated with the life of M.V. Aseev in the Tambov province (Russia). Mikhail Vasilyevich Aseev (1858-1933) was a major Russian landowner, entrepreneur, influential industrialist and philanthropist.
