Phosphate removal from wastewater is necessary at sewage treatment plant before discharging into the natural streams due to many reasons especially to preserve phosphate and to avoid eutrophication. Magnetite nanoparticles stabilized on ZSM-5 zeolites were used to adsorb, remove and recover phosphate from said wastewater.
