The paper presents a new method for reconditioning of automotive parts in an ultrasonic field by reworking. Experimental results were obtained in the case of using different material couples. Using three couples of different materials, three technological metallization processes were studied: - oxy-fuel flame and wire; - three-wire electric arc - oxy-fuel flame and powder In experimental work the following material couples were studied: X30NiMoVCr11-STELLITE 12 AWS, X30NiMoCr11-TP 4000, FxMo1Si24-STELLITE 12AWS.
