APPROACH FOR SYNTHESIZING FLEXIBLE DATA INSERTION PROCEDURES IN STRUCTURE-INDEPENDENT DATABASES

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Sergey Kucherov)

Class of structure-independent databases nowadays is flexible data storages widely used in BI modules and information systems with a variable structure. It allows the user to store heterogeneous data, including unstructured data. Unlike relational, structureindependent databases gives user an opportunity to independently change the structure of the application and the data structure without compulsory knowledge of the query language. Data manipulation procedures, as well as structure-independent databases themselv...

CRISIS MANAGEMENT RISK ASSESSMENT QUANTITATIVE METHODS APPLIED ON THE CRISIS EVENT

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Kurilovska, Lucia, Mullerova, Jana)

The paper deals with quantitative methods of risk management applied to a crisis event of criminal origin. Two quantitative risk assessment methods are introduced. The event tree analysis and the RM/RA CRAMM method are applied from the perspective of crisis management in the phase of criminal crisis prevention. The advantages and disadvantages of the quantitative methods compared to qualitative methods are discussed. The quality of input data is accented to get reliable results that can be seriously taken into acc...

STATIC ANALYSIS OF THE LOCK CHAMBER

(STEF92 Technology, 2020-09-20, Tvrda, Katarina)

Lock chambers are structures built on watercourses in places, where it is necessary to overcome sections with a large longitudinal slope. The method of determining the safety of the lock chamber and the static analysis, design and dimensioning of individual structural parts depend mainly on the type of chamber. Different criteria are used for chambers having side walls reinforced by slope, for chambers having walls made of anchored steel sheet piles, for walls on a high pile grate, and again others, for the side w...
