The Lake Paliastomi is located in the extreme western part of Kolkhety Valley bordering the Black Sea coastal area.The paper deals with the analyses of the materials collected through the field and theoretical studies prove, that the natural landscapes of Paliastomi and its neighbouring wetlands were the subject of the strong impact of anthropogenic factors.
