The main objective of the article was to assess the impact of the selected interpolation algorithm on the accuracy of parameter value estimation. The following interpolation methods were used: inverse distance to a power (ID), linear kriging (LK), ordinary kriging (OK), and more advanced geostatistical methods including Lognormal Kriging (LG) and Turning Bands Simulation (TBS).
