DETERMINATION AND ANALYSIS OF DISTANCE WITH ULTRASOUND SENSOR IN GAS ENVIRONMENT

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Slusariuc, Razvan)

Many industrial applications need different approaches of the problematic of determination of distance in gas environment with different gas concentrations. Due to the technological limitations caused by environment conditions like temperature, pressure, corrosive factors, there is a narrowing of the range of sensor types capable of measuring in specific circumstances of a certain industrial process. In this paper we propose a technical solution with a high potential of providing the necessary information in real ...

THE THREE-COMPONENT GEOACOUSTIC RESEARCH FOR CONTROL OF THE HYDROCARBON DEPOSIT EXPLOITATION

(STEF92 Technology, 2018-06-20, Astrakhantsev, Y., Beloglazova, N., Bazhenova, E., Vdovin, A.)

This article presents the effectiveness of three-component geoacoustic research. It is shown by dividing vertical and lateral fluid motions, which makes it possible to reveal and research the casing, interlayer, and interlayer flows of different contents and origin in the hydrocarbon deposits. Geoacoustic signals occur naturally in boreholes because of the dynamic processes located in the volume of near borehole space. The processes are linked with fluid motions (water, oil, gas) or cracks forming inside the rocks...
