Medvezhye gas field is the oldest known one in Western Siberia and unique because of its values. At the present time most of Cenomanian deposits are exhausted. Senonian sediments, which are such nontraditional reservoirs as clayey opokas, opoka-like clays and opokas, are considered as a source of resource potential compensation.
