The presented paper is focused on evaluation of progress stability of atherosclerotic plaques which were examined using B-MODE during at least 5 years. We have developed an online information system of mechanical recanalizations which is used in stroke centers in Czech Republic. The application is technically based on HTML forms, PHP and MySQL database. The system is online, independent on operating system and with possibilities to extend the functionality, there are main benefits.
