The molecular characterization of Genetic diversity of ten bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties was evaluated by studying high molecular weight (HMW) glutenin subunits. Polymorphism of HMW-SG war carried on by sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).
