The region of Kardzhali is earthquake prone to various local and near/trans border seismic impacts. That is why their combined analysis is of interest to be studied. The 3 most significant seismic events that struck this region in the last 15 years are considered and discussed. That is: the 2006, M=4.5 local one; the 2014, M=6.9 transborder and the 2019, M=3.6 local one.
