The main objective of this paper was to assess the water quality in Siret, in the Galati area. Galati is a port town on the Danube River in south-eastern of Romania. For the purpose of carrying out these studies, water samples from ten Siret sites were taken. Water quality has been monitored between November 2016 and December 2017.
