This paper presents a research which consists in measuring potential energy which be obtained on the surface of water in motion and showing the phenomenon of пїЅwavesпїЅ monitoring in the Black Sea basin. For this were measured, processed and analyzed the amplitude of the waves, the frequency and the waves direction, more than 12 Mm shore, isobath of 50 m, to the coastal zone.
