The work dwells on finding solutions to a task related to substantiating locations where instrumental measurements should be performed within a program for monitoring over exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) in radio-frequency range in a large industrial city with its area exceeding 800 km2 and population being more than 1 million.
