Energy efficiency of buildings is one of the directions for implementing a sustainable community development program. The purpose of this paper is to present a calculation algorithm for the transfer of thermal energy between buildings. In stationery regime, this problem is reduced to solving Laplace's accomplishment with the given frontier conditions (Dirichlet's problem). For the general case, it is not known the analytical solution of these problems. Contemporary computing tools solve this problem using numerical analysis (the so-called finite element method). This method allows the problems solving for any practical situation. This difficulty is caused primarily by the large number of calculation steps. This leads to two undesirable consequences: increasing calculation time and adding computational errors (increasing the amount of ?garbage computing" "). Sometimes, arise problems in solving some singularities. To optimize the calculation of the solution to Dirichlet's problem, we propose a computational algorithm that involves finding the analytical solution of these problems for environments with regular geometry. This algorithm has the following advantages: increases the computing speed; reduces computational errors and allows the qualitative analysis of possible singularities in order to solve them. The calculation algorithm developed by us starts from the analytical solution of Dirichlet's problem for a homogeneous rectangular shape. The solution is given as a Fourier series. To verify the correctness of the calculation algorithm, the result of the calculation is compared with the experimental determinations in a rectangular granite plate.
