Product manufacturing continuously increases despite of complicated relations and unstable world economics. Various forecasts of development in industry show that in future the consumption should not decrease; on the contrary, it should slightly increase. This happens even despite of minimization in industry. But production processes present environmental charging for any company, acting in given sector. Treatment of waste is important for producers of all kind of waste, as well as for consumers that are producing from ash as a specific kind of waste. Contribution analyzes concrete technology approach, which is different from approaches used in present time, since there is necessary to invest to new production technology, because according environmental principles passive stocking is not acceptable, as well as ineffective technological process of the company. The aim of the contribution is to increase efficiency of the technological process and to suggest new approach, decreasing pollution of living environment and increasing effectiveness, as well as promising outlook to the future even for small companies that are located far from big companies treating the ash as a waste.
