In the last decades, transport and handling equipment sites have became progressively pronounced in areas that were recently lacking transport services. In many cases, transport services are not provided in mountain areas and in areas that have not been significantly affected by anthropogenic impacts yet. Local natural materials and asphalt mixtures are used for road construction, in which it causes road movement. Used asphalt mixtures are made up of mixtures of various organic substances, usually aromatic nature, that may be potentially harmful to the environment and public health. According to the primary data, from the surface water edibility to potable water, the paper assesses the potential harmfulness of used bituminous mixtures for water management purposes in the area of natural surface water accumulation. Laboratory analysis provide a reasonable assumption: the environment and public health are slightly affected by the bitumen communication network.
