METHOD OF MEASUREMENT OF DYNAMICS OF GROWTH OF LEAVES OF THE TREE IN CLEAN ECOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

The way of measurement of dynamics of growth of leaves of a tree from the beginning of blooming of kidneys until the end of the vegetative period includes such actions. The chosen leaf do not cut off, and mark with a label in the form of the label with number on the white thread adhered to the base by the petiole. Each sheet is measured. Therefore the way of measurement is individual, and revealing of laws - group on not less than 10 leaves allocated for surfaces of a crone of a tree with one light exposure. At the same time, the local zone is chosen approximately in the form of a circle with a diameter of no more than 0.5 m, and the leaves on the surface of the crown with the morning side of the tree illuminated by morning sun rays are taken as accounting. The transparent palette for cartographical measurements with a grid divisions of 2 mm is brought to each measured leaf without his damages, manually take fingers of the left hand for a leaf scape, and the palette is stacked from above. Then the palette is pressed to a leaf and held with the left hand so that not to break a leaf. After that take the cell phone in the right hand, and photograph a leaf through a transparent palette. At the same time the longitudinal axis of a leaf is combined with one of lines of a grid of a palette approximately in the middle of a palette. After carrying out all the actions, photos are placed in the computer's memory, and measurements of length, width, perimeter and area of the sheet are performed on the cells of the mesh grid on the enlarged to A4 image of the plant leaf. The first photographing is performed not less than a week and not later than three weeks after the bud blossoming. During the vegetation period, the parameters of the leaves are measured, and then in the group taken at one local area of the crown surface of the tree, statistical patterns are revealed by the average statistical patterns of leaf growth dynamics for individual parameters. For statistical modeling, the beginning of the bud blossoming is taken as zero. In this case, time is calculated in days, that is, in cycles of the Earth's circulation around itself, and measurements by photographing leaves through a transparent pallet with 2 mm divisions are carried out at about the same time of day, for example, about 15 hours. For increase in accuracy of identification of regularities of dynamics of parameters of leaves carry out by statistical modeling of measurement in the conditions of a midland of the European part of the Russian Federation not less than until the end of August.
