Air pollutants coming from human activities (anthropogenic) may be generated in the atmosphere at high concentrations and they are a potential problem due to their harmfulness to the environment as well as to the population. These high concentrations of atmospheric pollutants can have a significant impact through the formation of a transient local microclimate. Educational activities imply knowledge of this degree of pollution as well as its level through continuous monitoring over time. The monitoring was carried out in the ?tiin?ei Campus at the Dun?rea de Jos University of Galati. Measurements of the following pollutants SO2, H2S, NOx, NOy, NO2 and NO were measured under atmospheric conditions measuring relative humidity, temperature, atmospheric pressure and precipitation. As part of the monitoring, atmospheric pollutants (economic agents, road vehicles, etc.) have a significant impact both on concentration and their persistence. Thus, the paper aims to make an in-depth analysis to show the risks that high concentrations have on the population that is working in an educational space.
