The data on the geological position, the features of the mineral and material granitoids composition of the Borschovochny massif, which is localized in the northeastern part of the Eastern Transbaikalia, are given. According to geotectonic zoning, granitoids of the massif are collision formations that arose as a result of the collision of the Siberian craton and the Argun microcontinent in the Late Jurassic time. The granites of the Borschovochny massif correspond to rocks of normal alkalinity with potassium (and ultrapotassium) specialization and high alumina contents. The distribution of REE is characterized by the predominance of LREE over HREE with pronounced Eu minimum. The geochemical characteristics of granites show a depletion of their composition by Ba, Nb, Ta, Sr, HREE and enrichment by Th U, LREE. Petrochemical and rare element rock composition correspond to S-type granitoids formed under collision geodynamic conditions, due to partial melting of the crust source of quartz-feldspar composition under the action of deep fluids. In this case, a possible thermal source, as well as a source of the mantle material, can be considered basalt melts added to the magmogenesis region of granitoid rocks.
