The purpose of this paper was to develop an application to help make the decision
regarding the robot model that meets the required requirements.
The decision, the primary component of the decision-making system, is an essential
element of management, being its specific tool of expression. In fact, the qualitative
level of the leadership of an organization is manifested by the elaborated and applied
decisions.
In practice there are two types of decisions: the leading decision and the management
decision. The decision-making process involves a great deal of time, during which
information is gathered and analyzed, people are consulted in order to shape the
decisional situation. Essentially, the decision-making process consists of a set of steps
through which the management decision is prepared, adopted, applied and evaluated.
As a final result, we have watched the application provide a solution for choosing a dye
robot model from a list of ?n? models, giving by several producers of industrial robots.
This is done by analyzing and comparing the technical data and robot prices with the
values imposed by the decision maker, following the studies conducted on the
production line for their determination.
