At the present time, the widespread introduction of cost-effective production of a
method for processing pressure in the solid phase of polymeric materials is hampered by the fact that despite the possibility of improving the strength and a number of
technological characteristics of materials, high residual orientational stresses are created in the products, which over time (or when heated), lead to a change in the geometric shape and dimensions of the product.
In this connection, it is promising to use the stage of preliminary preparation of blanks,
which will allow to propose the technology of industrial manufacturing of products
made of polymer (including nanocomposite) materials by treatment with pressure in the
solid phase and improving the complex of properties of composite polymer materials.
Experimental studies of the process of diffusion of a reactive substance into a matrix of
polymers based on PA-6 as a stage of preliminary preparation of a billet for pressure
treatment in a solid phase are performed, improvement of the technological parameters
of the molding process with simultaneous increase of the deformation heat resistance of the article material by 10%, a decrease in the residual stress level by 70% and increasing the dimensional stability of product samples.
