The work described the obtaining and studying the properties of alginate-PLGA matrixes containing agglomerates of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles. Hydroxyapatite (HAP) nanoparticles were obtained by controlled deposition in the presence of a stabilizer - sodium citrate. Two types of nanoparticle lamellar (30 to 50 nm in size) and rod-shaped (150 to 200 nm in length) were used in the work. The size and morphology of the hydroxyapatite nanoparticles were studied using a transmission electron microscope. The composition and crystallinity of the samples were determined by X-ray phase analysis. The internal structure of the samples, as well as the porosity and wall thickness of the composite material, were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The composition of the surface was determined using energy-dispersive microanalysis. Conclusions were made about the effect of morphology, the mass of added HAP nanoparticles on the internal structure and the surface of polymer matrices for tissue engineering.
