Advanced information technologies and electronics technologies lead the medical industry to a high-tech level. However, until now many tasks remain unresolved in the field of medicine and public health. The express diagnosis and the rehabilitation of the spine and musculoskeletal system is one of the actual tasks. Although there are currently diagnostic and rehabilitation systems of the spine, they are all far from perfect. This is due primarily to the lack of adequate models of areas of the nervous system and the nervous system as a whole, which would simulate pain, predict the results of the damage to parts of the nervous system.
In this work, the approach to the formation of the model of the nervous system is described, which is adapted for the physiological characteristics of a person (pathology and damage), which affects the influence of the physical effect on the nervous system and its areas, the effect on such characteristics as pain sensations, the formation of signals of nerve impulses, the damages of nerve fibers. The model of the nervous system is used in conjunction with the adaptive biomechanical model of the human spine in the rehabilitation of the human spine.
