This study is disclosing the composition of diverse parts of the one natural system. The research is based on system's and comparative analysis. We define sequential change of landscape units in the course of their moving up the Aktru River Valley (from the steppes of the Kuray basin to the glacial and nival highlands). The sites of mountain-valley tracts, which are characterized by the greatest danger for recreational and economic activity are allocated. Recently, there has been a descent of mudslides also from turfed slopes located directly above the observation station. The emergence of these mudslides is associated with the degradation of permafrost, which can be explained by the general warming of the climate and, possibly, damage to the grass cover as a result of trampling down. The mudslides is a serious danger for the buildings and structures of the observation station and rescue service, as for 40 years the mudslides had reached the territory of the station twice. In such circumstances, the increase of danger is connected with change of climatic conditions of relief-forming processes. The studies show the behavior of the channel system of Aktru River as a consequence of the gravitational, permafrost, glacial and nival processes, as well the binding flow of water and debris from top to bottom in the valley.
