The aim of this paper is to highlight the significance threshold between the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of sports technique key elements used in dismounts and the performances achieved by junior gymnasts in uneven bars events. This scientific approach is part of the formative pedagogical experiment associated to the postdoctoral thesis, at the midway point, in the end of the competitive year 2014. The following research methods have been used for this purpose: bibliographic study of specialized literature; pedagogical observation; video-computerized method, using ?Pinnacle Studio?, ?Kinovea? and ?Physics ToolKit? programs, method of movement postural orientation and evaluation of sports technique key elements with complex coordination of movement structure, statistical-mathematical method - by means of ?KyPlot? program - and graphical representation method. The biomechanical study focused on the analysis of the characteristics of sports technique key elements used for the dismount with double salto backward tucked with 360 ° turn and pike salto: preparatory movement ? spring under bar ? Sub-phase 1; body launching posture Sub-phase 2 ? moment of release of the bar, multiplication of body position ? somersault rotation and concluding position of the body ? landing. The comparative analysis between dismounts execution and the requirements of the technical regulations included in the International Code of Points for uneven bars will determine new methodological guidelines meant to improve and correct the dismounts. In order to make this comparative analysis, following up the biomechanical analysis used in dismounts off uneven bars, we selected the most effective biomechanical indicators of movement execution. The study results show that the comparative analysis of the biomechanical characteristics and the performances achieved by junior gymnasts in uneven bars competition, analysis made by parametric and nonparametric statistic methods, reveal different significance thresholds of the studied indicators and their relationship consistent with the kinematic and dynamic particularities of sports technique key elements.
