The aim of the article is an example of how to handle the process and visualize data from the sensor SRS in a GIS environment. Spectral Reflactance Sensor (SRS) is a contactless position sensor system manufactured and distributed by Decagon that monitors vegetation cover, and depending on the use of sensors allows for the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) or Photochemical Reflectance Index (PRI). Values of the spectral reflectance are gradually transferred from the field sensor to the PC environment, and there are subsequently adapted for processing in GIS. The result is a fast and efficient way to process data and measure data into a GIS environment where it is possible to analyze the progress of values from individual points with user-selectable thematic information. The benefits of integrated viewing are multiple insights into the situation - within the sensor data you can see specific values for specific positions, image data approximate the situation in the spatial context.
