The article presents a development of the Control centre prototype for sensors network. Our Control centre is a web-based information system that supports management of sensors, their data storage in PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases and data analysis. Databases are remotely connected into Control centre. Therefore, they can be stored in different machines or services like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform, etc. Analytical tools of SQL, Spatial SQL and Python languages are used. Currently, the application includes the following analytical tools: descriptive statistics, moving average, calculation of the Snow Water Equivalent (SWE) and index of previous rainfall (IPS). Control centre supports visualisation of sensor data in tables, in the dynamic charts and the map. The user interface is developed by PHP language, which is one of the most popular web programming languages. The application also supports export data to several file formats e.g. CSV, XML. Import data can be done by CSV file and PostgreSQL databases.
