The G.I.S. It is used to create, store, analyze and process information spatially distributed through a computerized process. GIS technology can be used in various scientific and practical. G.I.S technology is increasingly used in the field of cadastre. To use technology G.I.S. in cadastre we must have both graphical database and the type attribute must be focused on cadastre requirements. Items graphic database is collected by conventional measurements, measurements GPS, photogrammetric measurements, through digitization or scan-vectorization and the existing records in other databases. Attribute data of the database system are introduced in G.I.S. by taking over existing external databases or create a database of internal time in the software G.I.S. This article shows how to make basic and cadastral plan database for the studied area. If this article, creating graphics is through digitization plans 1: 5000 scale of the studied area and the data related to the preparation of the database by collecting their field based on query sheets.
