Mineral wealth as a source of energy and materials for the needs of the economy and development must be systematically verified, protected and exploited most effectively.
The protection and economic management of mineral wealth is one of the basic duties of the state. The Slovak Republic has developed a relatively complex system of legal standards and regulations dealing with this issue. Given the size of the problem under consideration and the number of regulations, these legal adjustments need to be reconciled. An important role is to fulfill these tasks through electronic services. Mineral wealth as a source of energy and materials for the needs of the economy and development must be systematically verified, protected and exploited most effectively. One of the principles of the protection of mineral wealth is its registration under effective legal conditions in the system of state institutions, which forms the basis for the development of electronic services for the needs of the nation. |
