Currently in many countries developments of simple 3D building models in cadastre are usually based on information concerning building outlines from a digital cadastral maps and on the number and the average height of floors registered in cadastre (so called ? ?3D Model General Floor?). If it is possible architectural projections of buildings and premises are used for development of such 3D models. In this variant so called ?3D Model By Floors? ? created model must be connected with the state coordinate system in a more complex way than modelling 3D solid using the outlines of buildings from the digital cadastral map. Of course digital cadastral maps and survey sketches stored in cadastral offices are used but also transformation of the 3D model to state coordinate system is necessary.
In this paper the authors performed experiments related to different variants of transformation of the models of floors of one-family houses which were generated in a local coordinate system basing on their projections, to the state, rectangular, plane coordinate system 2000 (state polish coordinate system), using the results of measurements from the post-implementation inventory of buildings, i.e. utilising the corners of buildings. Results of such operations were analysed, including the achieved accuracy and their usefulness for generation of 3D building models, based on such data. |
