|
|
National wealth of a country is represented by land and existing buildings on its territory. At present, Romania, records of land and buildings is achieved through systematic cadastral works. The objective of systematic recording is the free registration of all properties situated in the extravilan, in the Integrated System of Cadastre and Land Registry. The technical works will be initiated by the Territorial Administrative Unit at the cadastral sector level.
The ultimate goal of this work is represented by the preparation of technical documents of the cadastre: cadastral register of buildings, alphabetical list of real property rights holders, the possessors and the other occupants and the cadastral plan. The technical documents of cadastre will be prepared for the cadastral sector wich is the subject of systematic registration. These documents highlight the real technical and legal situation of real estates, established with the occasion of systematic cadastral works. The record of these lands must be done accurately such that they can be created all the facilities regarding the management and subsequent trading of these buildings. |
