At present, vehicles with various technical characteristics and various equipment for medical purposes are used to provide assistance in hard-to-reach places. GIS allows for the timely selection of vehicles for medical care, taking into account the quality of the road network and travel on the ground, developing the optimal route of travel at the point of assistance and assessing options for providing transportation services, taking into account changing natural conditions. The article considers the problems of providing a planned, emergency medical care outside of the city, as well as ways to optimize traffic routes. To forecast the development of landslides, avalanches and floods, simplified mathematical modeling is used, taking into account specific indicators for each of the above geoecological processes. The subsequent geocoding of the results of the analysis makes it possible to evaluate and correct the calculated routes for the movement of medical equipment in accordance with their safety.
