Scientific researches performed as part of grant funding of the project focused on solving a global problem related to saving resources and the environmental protection resulted in the development of an innovation technology of gravity and flotation beneficiation for gold-bearing man-induced sediments of near-surface strata together with allied veined masses within crude ores mined selectively at the West Kalbinsk metallogenic zone in Kazakhstan. Stage separation of a mixture consisting of arsenic carbonaceous man-induced feed and crude ores in the centrifugal classifier ensures a practically complete collection of isometric and laminated gold grains liberated in the ore dressing process. Flotation of a pulp of gravity concentration tailings and cleaning of gravity concentrates in the presence of foam agent's 1% water solution offers educing a main mass of a hydrophobe pregrobbing-active carboniferous substance to a froth product, and if 1% water solutions of the foam and collecting agents are added to a pulp of carbonic flotation tailings then fine growths of gold and silver with sulphide minerals are obtained. Recovery of gold to gravity and flotation concentrates reaches at least 90%, of silver up to 72%, of a carboniferous substance within 87%. A carbonic flotation concentrate containing 95% of loose grains of a unique carboniferous substance with minute flakes of a small amount of gold and silver may be used for preparation of porous impregnated catalysts that are thermally, chemically and mechanically resistant, and activated carbon. Parameters of gravity and flotation concentrates' decarbonization and autoclave conditioning have been determined where the formation of toxic arsenic trioxide and sulphur dioxide is excluded, and over 99% of sulphide minerals are disintegrated quickly. Possible intensification of sorption cyanidation of oxidized concentrates with the use of new grades of mechanically strong, high-capacity and ion-selective activated carbons has been established that ensures recovery of gold and up to 76,8% of silver to the maximum extent.
