The article is a comprehensive analysis of the problems of ensuring environmental safety in general philosophical, legal (from the standpoint of international and national law), humanitarian, technical and economic and other aspects. The authors justify the need to study these problems from the perspective of an interdisciplinary approach, which greatly expands the possibilities of their study, since it allows us to use the methodology of various branches of scientific knowledge. The aim of the work was to assess the current state of the problem of environmental safety at two interrelated levels: interstate (as a problem of all mankind) and domestic (for Russia).
The authors note the global nature of the environmental changes that have occurred under the influence of the anthropogenic factor and the need for full-scale cooperation of states in order to achieve the necessary level of environmental safety that allows the sustainable development of human civilization. It is emphasized that the implementation of this task is impossible without a fundamental rethinking of the person's attitude to nature, the result of which should be the formation of a new concept of human interaction with the environment. Particular attention is paid to environmental safety in Russia. It is noted that in the Russian Federation, environmental safety at the state level is considered as part of national security. Attention is drawn to the fact that the current state of the problem (the level of environmental pollution, the insufficient effectiveness of environmental legislation, the underdevelopment of "green" technologies), contradicts the tasks of the economic development of this country, involving the intensification of all types of production. Recommendations are proposed aimed at adjusting the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field of ensuring environmental safety. |
