In conditions of modern industrial city production, the main unfavorable factor is industrial dust, the pathogenic effect of which is aggravated by an uncomfortable microclimate. To date, there is no information about the early stages of cytomorphological changes in the cells of the kidney tissue when exposed to unfavorable factors of industrial dust.
The aim of the experiment is to assess the qualitative and quantitative composition of renal tissue cells in rats during inhalation priming with industrial polymetallic dust. Conducted experimental work to assess the qualitative and quantitative composition of cells in the renal tissue of rats after inhalation priming the industrial polymetallic dust in period 3, 70 days and 4 months. The toxic effect of dust causes the destruction of intracellular and cellular membranes in nephrons, which is accompanied by an increase in their permeability. |
